Experienced marketing operations professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Marketing Operations Specialist, responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations, building scalable workflows, and maintaining the Martech stack to ensure smooth execution and collaboration across teams. Key responsibilities Run operational workflows including campaign setup, list management, and lifecycle stage hygiene Build and maintain a library of reusable templates and standardized workflows for marketing operations tasks Manage day-to-day hygiene and administration of the Martech stack, ensuring consistency and troubleshooting issues Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign operations within a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization Hands-on experience with Martech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana Demonstrated ability to design and implement operational workflows and process guides Experience with automation and AI tools to streamline manual tasks Strong documentation skills with a track record of creating effective playbooks and templates
