General ManagerThis position is classified as exempt and reports to their market's District Manager and Chief Operating Officer.General Managers are responsible for providing guidance and leadership to their team to create a positive culture, maintain high team morale, and encourage all team members to strive for excellence. You will execute and assist in the development of action plans according to company goals and objectives. You will manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant focusing on staffing, team member development, sales growth, cost management, and ensuring operational standards are consistently upheld.Benefits include medical, dental, vision (company paid employee coverage on the first of the month following 60 days), 401K with employer match, paid vacation and holidays, and bonuses.Essential job functions include completing all training requirements, ensuring that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, ensuring team members receive proper training, ensuring effective work schedules, ensuring service, product quality, and cleanliness standards, creating and maintaining a positive culture, managing profitability, striving to increase sales, controlling costs, completing performance reviews, maintaining compliance, utilizing management tools, and reviewing performance metrics.Other responsibilities include handling and reporting guest and team member complaints, regularly assisting and communicating with multiple departments, maintaining an attitude of flexibility, ensuring the team works safely, escalating concerns to your supervisor, and all other duties necessary to ensure restaurant operations function properly.Job qualifications include the ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, ability to work a flexible schedule, must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation, successful completion of drug screen and motor vehicle report, subject to periodic, random, drug screenings and monthly motor vehicle check, must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others, and leadership experience required.Capability requirements include sitting, standing, and walking continuously, occasionally stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing, frequently lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds, continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation, communicating proficiently through speech, reading, and writing, maintaining effective audio-visual discrimination and perception, working in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens, and operating and working safely with restaurant equipment.Acknowledgement of expectations includes agreement to adhere to the requirements provided, agreement to perform the job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, and understanding that this job description does not constitute an employment contract.
