Assistant Manager position pays $17.13 - $26 an hour with opportunities to earn bonuses each period. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facilities daily. Deliver product by car to customer doors, flyers, and door hangers. Set up and maintain stations for pizza assembly. Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies. Assist in leadership/management tasks as needed. Training & Onboarding Orientation and training provided on the job. Communication Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions & Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). Make correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Physical Demands & Work Conditions Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile, “bricks” with linoleum in some food process areas. Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 pounds force. Climbing: Infrequent stairs or ladders for maintenance. Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at waist for assembling pizza, stocking, front counter tasks (~30–45 seconds repeatedly). Crouching/Squatting: Occasional.
