That's why our rehabilitation services are built on the broad experience of highly trained physical, occupational and speech therapists.How you'll contributeAn Outpatient Cardiac Rehab who excels in this role:Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of clinical services and patient flow.Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding clinical standards, policies, and procedures.Monitors departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements.Provides direct patient care as needed in accordance with scope and standards of practice.Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as neededMaintains regular and reliable attendance.Performs other duties as assigned.What we're looking forRN license in state of KY requiredAssociate's Degree in Nursing requiredBCLS requiredACLS and PALS preferredHandle with Care preferredRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
