Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty
• AHA BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• Compliance with holiday work expectations - must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the medical-surgical unit
• Assess patient condition and administer medications as prescribed
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
