Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (Overtime and weekends as needed)
We are seeking a dependable Hanger Packer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for hanging, drying, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations with packaging materials and supplies.
- Hang, dry, package, and label products.
- Stage racks and trays for the drying process.
- Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or at least 6 months of related manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Team player with a positive attitude and dependable attendance.
