Partners and Sponsors Corporations, nonprofits, and investors who care about expanding access to education and workforce development can collaborate with iLevelUP to reach more students and strengthen community impact. How It Works Gamified Quests Students complete quests that build real readiness — from exploring careers and colleges to obtaining scholarships, financial aid insights, and essential life skills. AI-Driven Personalization Intelligent matching connects students to opportunities (schools, careers, scholarships) based on their strengths and goals. Mentorship Through Trail Guides Virtual guides support students through each stage, helping reduce overwhelm and boost confidence. Help iLevelUP build responsible relationships with universities, colleges, community colleges, and trade schools that can expand learning and volunteer opportunities for underserved youth and young people. The volunteer University & College Relations Specialist will research institutions, identify appropriate contacts, and coordinate approved outreach to academic programs, student organizations, career centers, alumni networks, and service-learning offices. Responsibilities Research relevant institutions, departments, programs, calendars, and engagement channels Maintain an approved contact and outreach tracker with consent and follow-up status Prepare tailored outreach, presentations, and opportunity summaries using approved messaging Coordinate introductory meetings, campus postings, volunteer referrals, and partnership handoffs Identify opportunities for mentors, speakers, curriculum review, student projects, research, and service learning Protect contact and participant information and honor opt-out requests Avoid promises of credit, admission, employment, funding, placement, or institutional endorsement Record outcomes and route proposals to the appropriate program owner Escalate privacy, safeguarding, branding, or conflict-of-interest concerns Qualifications Experience in higher education, college access, university relations, student affairs, career services, alumni relations, partnerships, or outreach Strong research, professional communication, organization, and follow-through Familiarity with community colleges, universities, certificates, apprenticeships, and trade-school pathways At least 21 years old and willing to complete screening Ability to follow privacy, brand, outreach, and approval procedures This is a remote, recurring role available within the United States.
