Responsibilities Drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators and taking appropriate action to achieve targets. Hire, train, develop and motivate team members; identify and develop future leaders. Lead excellent customer service through coaching, role‑modeling, and using feedback to improve service quality. Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example. Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking and conducting inventory counts. Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Protect store assets, facilities and team members by ensuring adherence to operational guidelines, safety and security policies, proper functioning of equipment, and accurate financial transactions per the Cash Handling Policy. Maintain current and accurate business, legal, and personnel records, including payroll, labor responsibilities, timekeeping, and company communications. Develop marketing opportunities; partner with mall management on promotional events and programs. Work traditional retail hours at a high‑performing retail location. Champion Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store. Qualifications and Experience Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; energized by working with guests and team. Bias toward action; an owner who rolls up sleeves to get the job done. Desire to coach and mentor; see potential in the team and grow that potential. Attention to detail; cleans, refines, and ensures accuracy in every facet. Aptitude for problem solving; enjoys finding and fixing problems. Ability to multitask; prioritizes and executes multiple daily tasks. Willingness to learn; embraces continuous learning. Positive attitude and fun‑loving spirit; optimist who enjoys work. 1 year proven, results‑driven retail store manager experience helpful. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
