Senior Analyst Or Associate
Amity Companies is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to join our team focused on investing in affordable housing properties and platforms. You would be joining a vibrant, entrepreneurial team with ample room for career advancement, supported by the firm's discretionary funds, financial stability, and fast growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze investment opportunities sourced through brokers, investment bankers, and off-market channels.
- Assist with due diligence on property acquisitions to ensure smooth transitions.
- Interface with property managers, contractors, and third-party service providers to implement asset business plans.
- Support special projects including corporate private equity and structured financing.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in affordable housing investment, development, finance, or asset management.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Willingness to travel (~25%).
