Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per policy: Required
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months: Required
• Cerner experience within the last 5 years: Required
• Each work history entry must list the charting system used
• If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used
• No RTO is allowed

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• 4x10 schedule
• Floating to other sites as needed depending on staffing and census

The city is about 2 hours from Sequoia National Forest and roughly 1.5 to 2 hours from Los Angeles, giving access to mountain recreation and major metro amenities.
