Litigation Partner Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Partner to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This role involves serving public and private clients in the region, with a focus on expanding the firm's presence in North Carolina and the surrounding market. The position offers potential for a remote arrangement. Duties Represent clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, and contract disputes. Provide strategic legal counsel in practice areas such as Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, and Business & Commercial Litigation. Develop and maintain a portable book of business. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services. Requirements Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. At least eight years of relevant legal experience. Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex legal cases effectively.
