This Level III NICU provides vital care to neonates with medical and surgical needs. • Utilize specialized equipment such as cardiac monitors and warmer beds
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure adherence to protocols in a Level III NICU environment

Requirements of the RN - NICU- Neonatal Intensive Care

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
• Current BLS certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
