Printer Operator

Position Summary

As a Printer Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and the maintenance of various printer production equipment including Screenprint, D4 Digital Four Color, H4 Heat Transfer, Foil, Laser X, and Laser 360. Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to understand and follow instructions in both languages, verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and perform maintenance task of various production printer equipment
• Read, interpret, and understand work instructions and gather materials needed
• Check machine before setup to ensure the integrity of the machine and ability to produce a high-quality product
• Operation and maintenance of printing equipment including Screenprint, D4 Digital Four Color, H4 Heat Transfer, Foil, Laser X, and Laser360.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a printing role, preferably with knowledge of the printing techniques mentioned.
• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be able to follow instructions in English/Spanish, verbal and written.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to handle printing equipment and materials.

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
• Compensation: $16.50 per hour
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 7:00 Am – 3:30 PM | OT as needed
