Hand Bindery Associate

The Hand Bindery Associate is responsible for finishing printed materials through both hand work and operating bindery equipment.

What You’ll Do

· Perform hand bindery operations such as collating, folding, cutting, stapling, gluing, and packaging printed materials

· Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with job specifications

· Operate basic bindery equipment (e.g., cutters, folders, stitchers) as needed

· Assemble materials for shipment and ensure proper labeling and packaging

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow all safety procedures and company policies

· Assist with other production tasks as assigned

· Strong attention to detail and quality control

· Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

· Good manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive tasks

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

· Willing to learn and hands-on

· Time management and efficiency

· Team-oriented mindset

· Dependability and strong work ethic

· Basic mechanical aptitude

Extra Skills That Set You Apart

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Prior experience in a print shop or bindery environment is a plus, but not required
