Our Servers are hospitality professionals responsible for creating a welcoming, energetic, and sales-focused guest experience. While great service is always the foundation of the role, successful servers also understand the importance of building guest relationships, guiding dining decisions, and maximizing sales opportunities through genuine hospitality and strong menu knowledge.

We are looking for team members who are personable, confident, organized, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Servers are responsible for managing multiple tables, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, processing payments, and maintaining strong communication with both guests and coworkers throughout the shift. This position requires multitasking, urgency, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and positive during busy periods.

This is an active position that requires standing and walking for extended periods, carrying trays and beverages, lifting up to 25-50 pounds, and maintaining continuous movement throughout the restaurant. Team members may assist with additional restaurant tasks as needed to support daily operations and guest service standards. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and team support.

Server Requirements:
• Prior serving or hospitality experience is preferred, but personality, reliability, and work ethic matter most
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling cash and payment transactions responsibly
• Strong teamwork mentality and professional attitude
• Ability to confidently recommend menu items, promotions, and add-on sales opportunities
• Positive, energetic, and hospitality-focused personality
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a friendly, attentive, and professional manner
• Guide guests through menu selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through suggestive selling, add-ons, beverages, desserts, and promotional items
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using restaurant systems and procedures
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and service standards
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and proactively resolve issues when possible
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Support fellow team members during busy periods to maintain strong overall restaurant performance
• Help create a positive, high-energy atmosphere for guests and coworkers alike
