As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide professional customer service. You will communicate clearly with visitors and team members while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative culture built on teamwork and integrity at Allied Universal. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.21 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
