Location: Spring / The Woodlands Area, TX
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours per Week
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Training Period Required)
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accountant to assist with a project-based accounting initiative focused on data gathering, analysis, and financial support. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking for flexibility while contributing to a meaningful project.
Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data
- Assist with various accounting-related projects and reporting needs
- Review and reconcile financial information for accuracy
- Support management with data interpretation and analysis
- Prepare reports and summaries to assist with decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required
- 3-5 years of general accounting experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Ability to manage projects independently and work with large data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Schedule & Work Environment
- Approximately 5 hours per day, 4 days per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Initially onsite for training
- Transitions to a hybrid work schedule following training
