What you will have an opportunity to do: Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently. Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel positively. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating guest vehicles. What are we looking for? At least one (1) year of customer service experience with significant guest interaction preferred. Previous hospitality experience is preferred. Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record and no moving violations for at least six (6) months. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods throughout an entire shift. Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
