Shift Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager leads crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan each shift, monitor performance, take corrective action to meet standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. You must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Benefits Competitive pay: $32,000/yr. (Shift Manager Trainee) or $34,300/yr.
