Monroeville Kia - Service Advisor/Manager Wanted (High-Earning Role)

Monroeville Kia (PA) is a busy, high-volume store and we're hiring a Service Advisor/Manager who can lead from the front, take care of customers, and drive hours. If you're organized, fast, and hungry to win, we want you.

What You'll Do

Own the service lane: greet customers, write/close ROs, and manage the flow
Build trust: explain recommendations clearly; deliver 5-star communication
Drive results: maximize sold hours, manage dispatch, and hit KPIs daily
Keep it tight: coordinate techs/parts, ensure on-time delivery, protect CSI
Lead by example: clean processes, accurate estimates, zero surprises

What You Bring

Service Advisor or Service Manager experience (dealership preferred)
Kia/Hyundai/import experience is a plus (we'll ramp you fast either way)
Strong sales/communication skills and calm under pressure
Solid DMS/RO skills; detail-oriented; reliable and on time
