Your Role:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to the nursing team
- Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
- Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and well-being while meeting long-term care standards
- Make rounds and deliver responsive care and services to residents
- Collaborate with a team that fosters a positive, patient-centered environment
- Be a part of a workplace that prioritizes mentorship, growth, and professional development
Who We’re Looking For:
- Current Illinois CNA certification
- Passionate about providing personalized care
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Graduate of an accredited CNA program (or currently enrolled in one)
- Ready to take your career to the next level in a supportive and growth-oriented environment
