Provide high‑level executive assistance to the owner, managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and shielding time so the focus stays on high‑value work. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers — helping with retention, addressing concerns, and proactively making customers feel valued and supported. Conduct light sales activities with current customers when opportunities arise (no cold calling). Ask for customer referrals and testimonials to help the business grow. Handle difficult or frustrated customers gracefully. Perform general administrative duties with strong attention to detail (emails, documentation, follow‑ups, organization, etc.). Support the team in a collaborative, fun, and interactive environment. Be willing to come in early or stay late occasionally when the business needs it.
