Location Frederick, MD Shift Overnights 8:00 PM–6:00 AM Position Overview We are urgently seeking an experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or a Registered Respiratory (RRT) with sleep management experience for a full‑time position at our sleep lab. This role involves providing sleep services and facilitating diagnostic testing and patient care. Responsibilities Facilitate polysomnographic tests and collect accurate data. Prepare and calibrate equipment, apply electrodes, sensors, and airway pressure masks per established protocols. Record patient activities, monitor study quality, and document clinical events. Score clinical events and tabulate data for physician review. Adhere to safety regulations and laboratory protocols. Job Requirements Education: High school diploma or higher required; completion of an accredited Polysomnography program required. Certification/Licenses: Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required; current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required. Experience: Prior experience as an RPSGT or RRT in a sleep lab setting. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; use hands to operate equipment; manage close, distance, and peripheral vision; lift and/or move up to 10 lbs regularly, 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally.
