Our team proudly services residential and commercial pools across Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, Cupertino, Los Altos, and San Jose. From our fully stocked retail store to comprehensive pool service and equipment installation, we are known for doing the job right—with professionalism, care, and excellence.
Job Overview
SkyBlue Pool Supply & Service is looking for a motivated Retail & Warehouse Associate to support both customer-facing retail operations and behind-the-scenes warehouse activities within our pool supply and service business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Retail Operations
- Assist in-store customers with product selection, water testing, and general pool supply guidance
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve basic customer inquiries
- Processing payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented retail space
- Support the office team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Refill and restock chemicals
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory and supplies
- Clean pool filter elements
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and service vehicles
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
