The Rockaway YMCA branch of The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking an Assistant Beacon Director to oversee day-to-day Beacon Center operations and staff in partnership with the Beacon Director. You will hire, train, supervise staff, manage program budgets, and ensure program quality and records compliance. Key responsibilities include developing Beacon Center programs for Afterschool, Teen Programs, and other offerings, maintaining registrations and data, and participating in DYCD-related #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of Greater New York
