Summary:

Improves public image by direct efforts towards increasing patient satisfaction. Provides therapeutic recreational activities to patients and their families and increases overall well-being. Provides feedback to staff and management. Utilizes excellent customer service skills by responding to minor problems requests complaints and unmet needs of patients and their families.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to professionally de-escalate situations both in person and over the phone
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workplace needs
