Autonomous Vehicle DriverWe are seeking attentive, safety-focused drivers to support autonomous vehicle testing operations. This role is ideal for experienced drivers with a strong background in high-volume, app-based driving environments such as rideshare or delivery platforms.If you have experience with companies like Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or similar platforms, and are comfortable navigating dynamic urban environments while maintaining high safety standards, this role is a strong fit.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate autonomous vehicles safely in real-world driving conditionsMonitor vehicle systems and remain ready to take control at all timesNavigate complex urban environments with high situational awarenessCollect and report data on system performance and road conditionsConduct daily vehicle inspectionsMaintain a distraction-free and safety-first driving environmentProvide clear, accurate feedback to operations and engineering teamsRequirementsValid U.S. driver's license held for at least 1 year.Minimum 5+ years of professional driving experienceExperience driving for rideshare or delivery platforms (e.g., Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Uber Eats, or similar)Must be 25 years or older (required for uber driving account)Clean driving record (no DUIs or drug/alcohol-related offenses in the past 5 years)Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-demand driving environmentsStrong hazard awareness and quick decision-making skillsComfortable using mobile apps, navigation tools, and driver platforms (Tech Savy)Excellent attention to detail and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in high-volume rideshare or delivery drivingFamiliarity with navigation systems, driver apps, and real-time route adjustmentsDefensive driving or safety certificationsInterest in autonomous vehicle technologyScheduleFull-time (30–40+ hours per week)Flexible scheduling based on operational needsShifts between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AMAvailable shifts:AM: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMPM: 1:30 PM – 12:00 AMPotential workdays:Wednesday – SaturdayThursday – SundayFriday – MondaySaturday – TuesdayWeekend availability may be requiredPay & Employment Details$25.00 per hourFull-time, 1-year contractOn-site position (local candidates only)Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)BenefitsPre-tax commuter benefitsSubsidized healthcare coverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employer-paid disability and life insurance401(k) planWork EnvironmentOn-site driving in urban environmentsExposure to varying weather and road conditionsFast-paced, technology-driven operations
