Admissions Recruiter

The Admissions Recruiter will work as part of the Enrollment Services team with recruitment efforts, retention efforts, and student life. Additional duties include but not limited to:

• Represent the college at appropriate community events, college, and career fairs.
• Make presentations and recruitment visits to provide information to prospective students and other constituents on options and available programs.
• Serve the needs of high schools, maintaining good communication throughout the school year.
• Coordinate and organize on-campus recruitment activities, including campus visits, group visits, and special events.
• Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of prospective student contact, including maintaining weekly and monthly data management.
• Work with Admissions and Recruitment team to develop a strategic plan based on assessment of prospect student contacts.
• Clarify students' educational, career, and life goals.
• Assist students with appropriate course selection and the development of individualized education plans.
• Assist new/prospective students of requirements for academic transfer and professional/technical programs.

Transporting of materials and significant travel is required with this position. The Admissions Recruiter must have an associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license is required. Salary range is $16.41 per hour.
