Your Role as a Guest Sales Associate

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from the moment they strut into our centers through they strut out the door. You’ll create a welcoming environment, manage the guest experience, educate guests on services and savings opportunities, and help them build a routine that keeps them feeling confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin.

This is more than a front-desk position —it’s a guest-experience and sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, reaching goals, and making every interaction count.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest and provide a warm, personalized experience from arrival through checkout
• Manage reservations, guest check-in and checkout, phone calls, confirmations, and schedule changes
• Coordinate guest flow and communicate with Wax Specialists to keep the center running efficiently
• Educate guests on services, service frequency, Wax Pass® benefits, EWC products, and current promotions
• Recommend customized service, product, and savings solutions based on each guest’s needs
• Support guest retention by rebooking future reservations and maintaining accurate guest profiles and notes
• Meet or exceed individual and center goals for Wax Pass sales, retail, rebooking, and guest retention
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked reception and retail areas
• Assist with daily opening, closing, operational, and inventory responsibilities
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, community events, and center marketing initiatives

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Previous sales, hospitality, retail, reception, or customer-service experience is preferred
• Experience using a point-of-sale or reservation system is a plus
