Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and modify personalized therapy plans in collaboration with the patient's care team, focusing on achieving specific functional goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercises, using evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols based on performance and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, ongoing management, and the use of assistive devices for home care.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment commencement.
• While no experience is required, a passion for patient care and a commitment to professional development are essential.

Compensation and Benefits
