CNC Programmer

This role involves full involvement in machine setup and maintenance within a collaborative small team environment. Proficiency in software such as Mastercam and Fusion 360 is essential to ensure efficient and precise tool paths. Responsibilities Develop and refine CNC programs for milling, lathe, and multi-axis machines Set up machines for production runs and perform necessary maintenance tasks Optimize tool paths to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times Collaborate closely with a small team to ensure smooth operations Utilize Mastercam and Fusion 360 software for programming tasks Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in CNC programming Preferred Qualifications Expertise in CNC programming Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, particularly Mastercam and Fusion 360 Strong blueprint reading skills Hands-on experience with machine operation and setup Excellent problem-solving abilities High attention to detail Effective teamwork and communication skills \nCompany Description Aerospace job shop 3, 4 and 5 axis machining.
