As a Enterprise Risk Management Consultant, you’ll review historical enterprise risk data and program artifacts, assess current practices, and develop a plan to expand the ERM program. Value for our customers.If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!What you’ll do:• Review historical risk data, assessments, reports, and governance materials to identify recurring themes, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen the ERM program. • Develop a phased expansion plan covering governance, stakeholder participation, risk assessment, reporting, and measures of effectiveness. • Work across DAF organizations to identify and assess risks that could affect enterprise objectives, mission outcomes, or leadership decisions. • Develop and monitor key risk indicators and assessment criteria to help leaders recognize emerging risks and changes in exposure. • Facilitate discussions with senior leaders about risk appetite, response options, resource priorities, and trade-offs. • Establish consistent practices for documenting, aggregating, escalating, and monitoring enterprise risks and response actions. • Translate complex risk information into concise executive briefings, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. What you’ll need to succeed:• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, organizational strategy, or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, or a related field. 4+ additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. • Experience supporting or managing an ERM program, with an understanding of how risk governance, assessment, and reporting support enterprise decisions. • DAF, DoD/DoW, or other military department experience, including work with stakeholders across organizational boundaries. • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leaders. • Self-starter able to work independently, engage stakeholders proactively, and manage multiple priorities. • Active Secret clearance and ability to work full-time on-site at the Pentagon.SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $130,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
