Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Job Overview Thriveworks seeks Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Bensalem, PA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Responsibilities Provide clinical services via telehealth and in‑person appointments. Deliver 25+ sessions per week. Act as a behavioral health generalist, serving couples or children with organizational support. Participate in team collaboration and may pursue clinical leadership or supervisory roles. Maintain integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care. Qualifications Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Pennsylvania. Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided. Compensation & Benefits Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Guaranteed bi‑weekly pay. Paid orientation and annual pay increases. PTO and flexible scheduling (7 am–10 pm, 7 days/week). No‑show protection and caseload build within 90 days of credentialing. Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support.
