Senior Designer

Define and scale the InHouse brand as we build at the forefront of AI-driven interior design

About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to help define and scale the InHouse brand as we build at the forefront of AI-driven interior design. You’ll partner with the team at a formative stage, working closely with marketing, product, and creative partners to shape how InHouse shows up across brand and marketing touchpoints. This role is for a highly autonomous designer who’s excited to push design solutions forward—balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll translate complex, technical ideas into clear, compelling visuals, develop scalable brand systems, and help evolve our visual identity as the company grows. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings strong taste and craft, and is energized by building innovative design work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

What You'll Do

Serve as senior-level design support across all brand and marketing initiatives

Lead design end-to-end, from early concepting through final execution, maintaining a high bar for craft, consistency, and detail

Develop, evolve, and apply the InHouse brand system across brand, digital, print, and other touchpoints

Translate complex or technical ideas into clear, simple, and delightful visual narratives

Develop and maintain the core assets that bring InHouse’s brand to life. Templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools that scale across the organization

Navigate ambiguity with confidence—proposing thoughtful, novel design solutions to open-ended problems

Operate with a scrappy, hands-on mindset well suited to a fast-paced, early-stage environment

What You Need

6+ years of design and art direction experience at a creative agency or in-house, ideally within technology, consumer, or digitally led brands

A portfolio demonstrating both conceptual range and systematic design craft—brand & visual systems, digital & web design, marketing & campaign work, design systems, and real-world executions

Strong understanding and mastery of typography, hierarchy, color, and form

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other industry standard design tools

Experience across a range of mediums: web, print, digital assets, video, and more

Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate creative rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders

Comfort operating with a scrappy, hands-on mindset within a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design (Jitter or similar)

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools

Working knowledge of modern web platforms like Framer or Webflow
