Job Summary

You will call pre-scheduled sales appointments with timeshare owners who have requested help canceling their timeshare with Wesley Financial Group, LLC, and onboard them as clients. This includes pricing our services, sending and reviewing our agreement, and getting each client set up for onboarding.

IMPORTANT: Every appointment is pre-qualified by our Qualification Specialists and placed directly on your calendar. Our fully staffed marketing team generates more than 3,000 leads per week to keep a constant flow of new appointments coming.

This is a closing job ONLY. No cold calling. No prospecting.

The ideal candidate is a successful salesperson with a track record of hitting targets who is extremely well organized, highly motivated, and positive.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

• Call scheduled appointments efficiently and promptly

• Ask questions to understand each prospect’s timeshare situation and onboard them for our services

• Explain the value and process of working with Wesley Financial Group, LLC

• Enter client information into Salesforce

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience (timeshare or phone sales preferred)

• Computer skills (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office preferred)

• Salesforce experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• Base pay, paid weekly

• Uncapped commission, paid weekly

• Monthly bonuses

Schedule
Full-time: Friday–Monday (weekend shift), 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
