Housekeeping Office Coordinator

Position Overview The Office Coordinator coordinates daily housekeeping assignments, manages office operations, and ensures efficient communication across departments. Key Responsibilities Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming. Assign rooms and VIP duties to room attendants and supervisors. Respond to all phone calls and requests from guests and other departments. Monitor computer system, PMS, and statistical data. Prepare supervisor boards with detailed information of rooms to inspect. Submit maintenance requests to Synergy. Monitor office supply inventory. Maintain clear and efficient communication with the Front Desk. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the department. Dispatch specific requests to floor supervisors and runners. Oversee hourly housekeeping reports. Ensure extra rooms and rollaway beds are logged accurately and on time. Log and calculate outside labor hours to assist Housekeeping management with accurate billing. Prepare paperwork for new day opening and verify schedules; make changes to associate schedules as needed. Apply Omni’s Moments of Service or Forbes Service standards as applicable. Open and close the Housekeeping Department daily. Maintain Lost and Found records. Dispatch all calls to appropriate discipline. Communicate effectively with all departments, including engineering. Update Synergy requests. Walk the floors and inspect guest rooms. Complete other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Work cohesively with co‑workers and management within and outside your department. Accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems. Sit and stand for long periods, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend, and lift items of moderate weight. Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Speak, read, write, and understand English and Spanish used in the workplace. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Have basic computational and computer skills.
