Baskin-Robbins is looking for an experienced Cake Decorator.

The Cake Decorator role is a key position. Cake decorators are responsible for making and decorating cakes to Baskin Robbins standards. They are responsible for supporting the store during operating hours. This includes, but is not limited to, having the ability to manage the store, take care of cake orders, serve customers, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service. Time management and excellent communication skills are a necessity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing world class customer service
Icing, decorating, packaging, labeling, and pricing ice cream cakes for refrigerated cases
Creating unique ice cream cakes
Identify trends and take note of which designs sell the best
Timely filling of customer special orders
Maintaining Baskin Robbin's high-standards for product freshness and sanitation
Organizing and rotating stock in the cake freezer
Organizing and rotating stock in all store areas
Inventory ordering and control
Assisting in other duties as assigned
Assist in keeping service and sales area clean.
Assists in all daily cash management functions.
Be able to work in a team environment
Be able to lead and coach other team members
Be good at multi-tasking
Keeping work area clean and organized

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year cake decorating experience.
Minimum 1-year decorating in a retail environment
Have creative, artistic ability
Highly efficient in speed, accuracy, and quality
Excellent customer service skills
Must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
