In this role, you'll do more than process payroll. You'll be a trusted problem-solver, a key resource for payroll inquiries, and an important contributor to the efficiency and accuracy of domestic and international payroll operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the Details: Support accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple pay cycles, including monthly, semi-monthly, biweekly, and off-cycle payrolls.

• Put Workday to Work: Utilize Workday to manage payroll transactions, validate data, support gross-to-net calculations, and maintain payroll accuracy.

• Be the Problem-Solver: Investigate payroll discrepancies, research complex inquiries, identify root causes, and deliver effective resolutions.

• Navigate the Complexities: Process and reconcile earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, benefits, retirement contributions, and other payroll adjustments.

• Think Globally: Support U.S., expatriate, and international payroll activities while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

• Turn Data into Answers: Leverage advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables, to analyze payroll information, perform reconciliations, and generate reports.

• Connect the Dots: Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and other internal partners to resolve payroll issues and ensure seamless operations.

• Protect Accuracy and Compliance: Identify potential errors, validate payroll data, and maintain strong internal controls.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, improve efficiency, and support system enhancements.

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Respond to payroll inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to providing timely, accurate solutions.

What You'll Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who combines technical payroll expertise with a sharp analytical mind and a genuine commitment to getting things right.

• Hands-on experience with payroll processing, including an understanding of payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and reconciliations.

• Experience with Workday Payroll or comparable payroll systems; Workday experience is highly desirable.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills , particularly VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a knack for resolving complex payroll discrepancies.

• Familiarity with payroll compliance, tax regulations, and related reporting requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• The ability to juggle competing priorities and meet critical deadlines in a high-volume environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive issues professionally and diplomatically.
