Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities include checking and communicating oil level, ensuring tire pressure, inspecting and refilling fluid levels, completing vehicle inspection, installing a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter, cleaning and lubricating fittings, and providing excellent customer service.

Service Technician Responsibilities include performing work specified on the repair order, test-driving vehicles, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems, communicating directly with the Service Advisor, executing repairs under warranty, and operating electronic diagnostic equipment.

Qualifications include previous experience at an automotive dealership, strong understanding of the service drive, years of experience vary per position, high school diploma or equivalent, dexterity, mechanical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, basic computer competencies, positive, friendly attitude, ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications, and valid driver's license and clean driving record.
