We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to support and optimize our online marketplace presence, with a primary focus on Amazon Vendor Central . We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to support and optimize our online marketplace presence, with a primary focus on Amazon Vendor Central . This is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta, GA. Remote work and relocation are not available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Position Summary The eCommerce Specialist (Amazon Vendor Central) is responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of Tie Down's Amazon account, with a primary focus on Amazon Vendor Central , while supporting additional retail eCommerce channels as needed. This role will oversee new product launches, catalog management, product content optimization, promotional execution, reporting, and marketplace performance. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, Operations, and other cross-functional teams , this individual will help ensure our products are accurately represented online while identifying opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience and support marketplace growth. This position is ideal for someone with experience in Amazon eCommerce who enjoys balancing analytical work, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Amazon Marketplace Management Manage day-to-day activities within Amazon Vendor Central . Coordinate new product launches from setup through successful publication. Create and maintain product listings, variations, and flat files. Monitor catalog health, listing quality, and content accuracy. Troubleshoot listing issues, content suppressions, and operational challenges. Partner with Amazon support to resolve account and catalog issues when necessary. Product Content & Catalog Management Manage product onboarding and catalog expansion. Optimize product listings including: Titles Bullet points Product descriptions Product attributes Search keywords Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop and maintain: A+ Content Lifestyle imagery Product photography Product videos Comparison charts Brand Store content Ensure all marketplace content remains accurate, complete, and aligned with company brand standards. Marketplace Performance Support promotional initiatives including: Amazon Vine Coupons Best Deals Lightning Deals Promotional pricing Monitor marketplace performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility and conversion. Collaborate with the marketing team to support Amazon Advertising initiatives through content optimization, product launch coordination, and performance insights. Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends. Reporting & Analytics Track and report on key marketplace metrics including: Sales Traffic Conversion Rate Content Health Promotional performance Develop recurring reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Recommend improvements based on marketplace data and performance trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing team to prioritize marketplace content needs. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure product information is accurate, complete, and effectively represented across marketplace channels. Support Sales with marketplace initiatives and product launches. Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to resolve issues affecting the customer experience. Assist with expansion into additional retail marketplaces including Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, and future eCommerce channels. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 2–4 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, or similar eCommerce marketplace platforms. Experience managing: Product onboarding Catalog maintenance Flat files Parent/child variations Product detail pages Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience with Amazon Vendor Central strongly preferred. Experience with: Amazon A+ Content Brand Stores Amazon Vine Promotional planning Amazon Advertising Experience supporting Walmart Marketplace, Lowe's, Home Depot, or other retail eCommerce channels. Familiarity with PIM, ERP, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Experience using marketplace analytics and optimization tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms. Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, marine, construction, agricultural, or other B2B products. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Success in This Role Success in this position will be measured by the ability to execute successful product launches, maintain a healthy and optimized marketplace catalog, improve product content, support promotional initiatives, provide actionable marketplace insights, and contribute to the continued growth of Tie Down's online business through strong collaboration and attention to detail.
