This role ensures that all building systems, production equipment, and support machinery operate safely and efficiently. The technician will also coordinate with specialized contractors or vendors when advanced repairs are required.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general facility maintenance and repairsInspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including AC unitsMaintain and repair industrial machines and mechanical equipmentConduct preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systemsRespond promptly to maintenance requests and unexpected breakdownsIdentify larger or specialized issues and coordinate with appropriate contractors or service providersMaintain accurate maintenance logs and documentationEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliabilityQualifications2+ years of industrial or facility maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and basic electrical troubleshootingAbility to diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs independentlyStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environmentsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferredPreferred ExperienceExperience working in regulated or high-compliance environmentsFamiliarity with industrial safety standardsHVAC certification is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $22–$25+ based on experienceOpportunities for advancementBenefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.)Stable 1st shift schedule
