Primary Care Physician | Full-Time | New Residency/Fellowship Graduates Encouraged to Apply

Location: Shelton, Connecticut

A well-established, nonprofit, community-focused healthcare organization in the Shelton area is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient practice. The organization is academically affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and is nationally recognized for patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care needs. The role emphasizes continuity of care, evidence-based treatment, and collaboration with specialists and multidisciplinary teams while utilizing EMR and participating in quality and population health initiatives.
