Construction Project ManagerManage the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects. Responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff (lead engineers, foremen, etc).ResponsibilitiesLeads Strategy Conflict Resolution Process with Owners with PD GuidanceLeads implementation of all company safety policiesServe as Owner/Client InterfaceServe as Client - Project Executive Point of Contact Co-Lead PursuitStrategy with Marketing/Business developmentAssistance Oversight of Change Management ProcessDevelops project staffing planOversees successful development and implementation of ProjectAble to Manage Large, Complex, and/or Multiple Jobs Review & Approve ProjectAssists in negotiating and finalizing Owner Contract AgreementsOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience15+ years' experience.Manage multiple projects $75 million+Contracts and Risk ManagementBudgeting experienceMicrosoft OfficeDocument control and scheduling software experienceOSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid & CPR Training and Certification.Strong written and verbal communication skillsDevelop or maintain relationships with clients and team membersAbility to maintain discretion and confidentialityDependabilityDecision-making/problem-solving skillsComfortable public speaking skillsAdapt to all types of weather conditions and traverse and inspect all areas of a construction site. Ability to: Physically stand, bend, sit and squat throughout the day. Repetitive movements. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds at a time.
