Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, ensuring that you can enjoy evenings and weekends free for personal time and rejuvenation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with educators, healthcare professionals, and support staff to create an integrated behavioral health program within the school.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health needs, collaboratively developing treatment plans that align with client goals.

• Implement evidence-based practices in psychotherapy to effectively manage a diverse caseload of clients with various mental health disorders.

• Engage in crisis intervention and counseling, responding promptly and compassionately to clients in need.

• Coordinate care by communicating with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for your clients.

• Adhere to all mental health policies and procedures, ensuring that the behavioral health programming meets local, state, and federal regulations.

• Facilitate referrals for specialized care, including inpatient treatment and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for patients struggling with substance use issues.

• Conduct screenings for prescription drug abuse, illicit drug use, and alcohol use disorders, providing compassionate guidance and referral resources for those who qualify.

Qualifications\n
