Lead On-Site Construction Superintendent

The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Superintendent will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors and site personnel, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure that projects are executed according to the project plans and specifications. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment. Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise. Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders. Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions and delays. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction. In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
