Prospective team members will join a practice that values personalized service, client trust, and professional integrity. Our law firm in West Palm Beach is looking for a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. We’re busy, we move quickly, and we’re looking for someone who can help keep all the moving pieces moving in the right direction. The right person for this role is organized, dependable, personable, and detail-oriented. You’ll often be the first person our clients speak with, so being professional, friendly, and a good communicator matters. Just as importantly, we want someone who takes ownership of their work and isn’t afraid to jump in and figure things out. The position is primarily focused on answering phones, greeting and assisting clients, sorting and distributing mail, scheduling appointments and managing calendars, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative support to our attorneys and staff. There may also be some document organization, filing, and other office tasks as needed. Strong computer literacy is a must. We work electronically and across multiple platforms, so you should be comfortable with Microsoft Office, email and calendars, PDFs, electronic document management, and learning new software. You don’t need to know every program on day one, but you do need to be comfortable with technology and able to learn quickly. Spanish-English bilingual skills are a must , especially because you may communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and members of the community. Prior law firm experience is preferred, but it isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker. If you have strong administrative or customer service experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to learn, we’d still like to hear from you. 100% in office — this is not a remote or hybrid position. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the team, take pride in their work, and grow into the position.
