We’re looking for a driven, organized, and compassionate Service Coordinator to lead the charge in scheduling caregivers, ensuring top-quality service, and conducting in-home visits. You’ll be the go-to problem solver—juggling schedules, supporting field staff, handling client updates, and stepping in to keep care plans on track. Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area. If you seek a challenging position with the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped older people and people with disabilities live safely at home, this is the job for you! Essential Duties:

• Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake.
• Processes patient authorizations and communicate with central admissions, enter reauthorizations into client record and ensure chart preparation for all new clients.
• Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence. Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
• Provide Client Care. Able to cover a critical client who does not have a backup in place when an aide is unavailable.
• Supervises direct service employees by setting expectations for attendance, performance and conduct by holding employees accountable to the company's policies and guidelines.
• Assists with the new hire process for all new employees and ensures all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Position Requirements & Competencies:

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Boots on the ground recruiting and covering shifts in the field as needed.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation (Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Vehicle)
