- # HR Recruiting Administrative Assistant - Primoris Energy ServicesApplylocations: Pearland, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR101210**Job Overview:**This role provides administrative support to the HR Recruiting team, assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for Primoris Energy Services. Position is located in Pearland and will be in office. Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Schedule interviews, send calendar invitations, and coordinate logistics for candidates and hiring managers. \* Prepare and send offer letters, new hire paperwork, and background check initiation requests. \* Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and completeness. \* Assist with the creation and posting of job requisitions on various platforms. \* Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional assistance. \* Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets and coordinating initial new hire activities. \* Assist with data entry and report generation related to recruiting metrics. \* Manage and organize recruiting-related documentation and files, both physical and electronic. \* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and ordering office supplies for the recruiting team. \* Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. Job Qualifications:\*\* \* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred. \* 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably within an HR or recruiting department. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). \* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. \* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \* Strong written and verbal communication skills. \* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. \* Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. \* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
