Patient Volume: Callbacks average 8-10 hours on Fridays; 4 hours/day on weekends
EMR: Epic
Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Required Skills: General urology call coverage
Call-only hospital-based coverage
Coverage across two facilities (hotel provided between locations)
Adult patient population
Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required
DEA required (PA address)
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days; temp privileges available
