Requirements MUST HAVE 1+ year in an IT Tech Tier 2 support role. Certifications: CompTIA A+ required (or obtained in your first 6 months). Network+, Security+, or Verkada/Axis certs are a big plus! Active Directory, M365, Windows/macOS, VoIP, and solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable working in tight spaces (ceilings, crawl spaces) when installing hardware. Responsibilities Resolve escalated tickets for network, telecom, business software, and physical security systems. Support internal staff and clients daily; perform on-site installs and service visits Perform updates, patches, endpoint security, backup monitoring, and basic firewall management Program and troubleshoot video surveillance (Verkada, Axis), access control, and alarm systems Configure TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE, and router/switch settings.
